Cahill Physical Therapy provides a full range of private and semi-private Pilates method instruction. Unlike the "one size fits alls" workouts too often associated with large health club chains, our individualized programs offer personal attention and safe, injury-free exercise sessions.
The 500 exercises use intense concentration, breathing, and deep muscle stretching, relying on abdominal strength. Most exercises are performed on an apparatus with spring resistance, permitting a non-impact, non-weight-bearing workout that reduces soreness and discomfort. The result is leaner, elongated body and improved posture.
Private or Semi-Private Pilates and GYROTONIC® sessions are available M-F, 7AM - 4PM.
Evenings and weekends are available by appointment.
